Congratulations to Professors Paolo Davide Farah and Grace Carson, whose scholarship was cited in the United States National Report prepared for the 2026 Quadrennial General Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law in Berlin on Reflecting the Decolonial Turn in Comparative Law 👏

Professor Carson’s article, “Decolonization, and Abolition: Why Tribes Should Reconsider Punishment (2022),” and Professor Farrah’s article, “Conflicts between Intellectual Property Rights and Human Rights: A Case Study on Intangible Cultural Heritage (2015),” were recognized as part of this international comparative law report.
