I am pleased to share that three of my publications have been recognized in the United States National Report prepared for the 2026 Quadrennial General Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law (Berlin), Reflecting the Decolonial Turn in Comparative Law.

Prepared under the auspices of the International Academy of Comparative Law and the American Society of Comparative Law, the report surveys and analyzes representative U.S. scholarship published between 2015 and 2025 on decolonial approaches in comparative law. I am honored that three of my publications are recognized in this official national report:

Collectively, these publications explore the intersections of comparative law, international law, legal pluralism, Indigenous knowledge, intellectual property, cultural heritage, and global governance from interdisciplinary and comparative perspectives.

It is particularly meaningful that this recognition encompasses scholarship produced at different stages of my academic career and under different institutional affiliations, reflecting the continuity of my research on legal pluralism, comparative law, and the interaction between diverse legal traditions in addressing global challenges.

While academic recognition is always gratifying, what I value most is the opportunity to contribute to the international dialogue on how comparative law can help address questions of justice, legal pluralism, and the enduring legacies of colonialism in contemporary legal systems.
