Phillips, PhD, Mekonnen Ayano, and Chinonso Anozie, LL.M, SJD for a rich discussion spanning environmental justice, comparative environmental law, legal education, scientific expertise, sustainability, climate and energy governance, and the rule of law.

I was delighted to chair and moderate the conversation and to contribute some reflections from my own work on epistemic governance, environmental risk, and the relationship between knowledge, institutional authority, and the rule of law.
